¿Cómo sanar nuestro cuerpo?

Me pasé años entre dietas: dieta de la manzana, dieta de la lechuga, dieta de todo. Restringiendo comida para ver si cambiaba lo que veía en el espejo. O Comiendo muchísimo y compulsivamente, enrabiada porque lo anterior no funcionaba (¿ha pasado por algo así?)

Cuando entré a estudiar Psicología, resoné harto con los criterios diagnósticos de la anorexia y la bulimia… ¿y si tuve alguna de esas patologías? Ahí me enredé un tanto…

Cambié las dietas por el gym, y así me pasaba muchas horas a la semana ejercitándome, vaciando la ansiedad, descubriendo una nueva forma en la que podía verme y sentirme, a veces de harta critica externa y mi bien vulnerable forma de recibirlas, terminaba por dejarlo a pesar de sentirme tan bien.

En mi continua búsqueda por sentirme bien, llegue a lo espiritual y me fui en la volá, como algunos dicen, mucho espíritu y poco cuerpo, volando entre las estrellas, las vidas pasadas y la multidimensionalidad, y ¿El cuerpo que? En cada terapia por la que pasaba, me mencionaban que debía enfocarme en el cuerpo, que debía darle atención. Bailar, bailar y bailar. Todas las terapias, todos los canales, la vida, me invitaba a bailar. Me resistí, hasta que dije, vale, ¿Qué pierdo con intentar? Y baile para no parar.

El año pasado decidí tomar clases de tribal, muerta de miedo llegue a la primera clase particular, yo solita claro, porque me daba terror en grupo. Gran suerte tuve de que mi profe fuera de esas piscianas con infinito amor y dulzura (cuan agradecida estoy, de haber comenzado ahí con ella, esta locura de bailar) En ese espacio de contención, empezó un viaje a descubrirme desde otra mirada, donde cuerpo y espíritu se unen aquí en la tierra, y donde sanar tiene sentido.

Algo me impulso y semana a semana a pesar de los miedos, ahí estaba en mi clase de tribal sanando cosas. Me daba cuenta de lo rígido de mi cuerpo, de mi dificultad a enraizar y hacer tierra, de mi temor a la evaluación de mis pares, del peso que le daba a los errores, de cómo había olvidado disfrutar de la vida como un juego, de como mi mente podía interferir en la armonía de como me muevo, de como trunca, estanca si me enfoco solo en ella… Bailando fui aprendiendo tantas cosas…

El cuerpo se sana desde el cuerpo, no  desde la mente. Podemos entender a través de ella algunas cosas, pero lo que sana tu cuerpo es que lo muevas, de que lo sientas en cada movimiento. La falta de movimiento es lo que nos enferma.

Si miramos hacia atrás, vemos como pueblos ancestrales tienen dentro de sus costumbres más arraigadas la danza, una danza que no es para un cuerpo especifico o técnica, es para quien sienta en su corazón el movimiento de la vida, y quiera expresarlo en esta dimensión.

Si miramos hacia atrás (pero no tanto) también podemos tomar consciencia de cuantas ancestras fueron maltratadas, abusadas, torturadas.. ¿Cuántas de esas memorias cargamos en nuestras células? Porque tu no amor propio, es el no amor propio de todo tu linaje.

En la danza se une tierra y cielo, espíritu y cuerpo. Y desde ahí materia y energía se unen para sanar. Cada vez que danzas, danzas tu y tus recuerdos, de estas y todas las vidas. Tuyas y de tus ancestras. Hoy puedo decir que disfruto de mi cuerpo, algo que hace un año, no pensé que sentiría. Disfruto del placer de sentir mi respiración, los músculos elongandose, de los saltos y giros que puedo dar, y como mi corazón se pone feliz con todo lo anterior!!

Si nos quedamos mucho en nuestra mente, nos estancamos. Necesitamos que mente y cuerpo vayan a la par unidos ahí, en la construcción de nuestro camino. Si esta con mucha mente, muévase. Si esta con mucha mente, baile!!
¿Te cuesta concretar cosas en la materia? ¿En tu vida? ¿Te cuesta generar cambios? Si tu respuesta es sí, yo te vuelvo a preguntar ¿Cuánto mueves tu cuerpo? Si no conoces tu propia materia, si no puedes vivir y disfrutar de ella. ¿Cómo vas a disfrutar la materia afuera? ¿Cómo vas a poder crear con ella?

No me gusta aquel concepto de que el cuerpo, es el receptáculo del alma. Yo creo que el cuerpo es alma. Es su aspecto material. Y así como el alma es vida, nuestro cuerpo también lo es. La vida es cambio y movimiento constante… Necesitamos volver a reconectarnos a ese flujo.

Si el cuerpo es alma. Sanar el cuerpo es sanar el alma. Y yo he aprendido y descubierto que una de las mejores formas de sanar nuestro amor propio es moviendo, cuidando y nutriendo bien ese cuerpo.

Escribo esto a vísperas de luna nueva en tauro, y en el día de las madres. Todo muy sincrónico. Nuestra querida madre, arquetipo femenino que nos enseña a integrar está energía de la tierra nutricia y constante movimiento, en constantes ciclos.

Conectar y sanar nuestro cuerpo es reconectarnos a la madre infinita que nos sustenta.
Es sanar el vínculo con aquella madre que ofrendo su cuerpo como canal para que llegáramos a la tierra.
Es sanar el vínculo con este planeta, que lo entrega todo para nuestra existencia.
Es sanar nuestra relación con la materia, disfrutando de la oportunidad de estar en esta dimensión que nos permite el gozo y el placer de sentir.

¡Yo te invito a bailar, a danzar esta vida y disfrutar de esta maravillosa experiencia en la tierra!
